From 2000-2002, the first Teachall Training Center began operation in Guiyang, Guizhou Province by Rob and Val Tucker.

The program quickly developed, and within a year and a half, the program grew to over 700 students with little advertisement.

Since its humble beginnings in Guiyang, the Teachall Headquarters has moved to Beijing. Teachall currently supports 12 independent Training Centers from its headquarters located in Beijing's Xicheng District.

The current operating locations are Beijing (Haidian, Huairou, Olympic Village, Wangjing), as well as centers operating in Changchun, Chongqing (Fuling City), Datong, Hohhot, Jinan, Shenyang, and Yuxi.
