When considering investing in and developing your Training Center with Teachall, thewre are a number of options available. Teachall is committed to working with all parties involved to choose the best operating structure.

The options for establishing a school are:

•  Wholly Foreign Owned Consulting Company (WFOE)
with a business scope to permit training for adults (but not children).

•  Joint Venture (Sino Foreign) Consulting Company

•  Establish a Private School with a Chinese Legal person.
This license is issued by the Local Education Bureau, and may provide Visas for foreign Teachers. Children and adults may be taught using this license.

•  Co-operation with a Chinese school.
Often this is the easiest method, but will require good relations with the school and often the native English Speaking Teacher needs to teach English for the Chinese school as a trade-off for use of classrooms.

•  Sino - Foreign Educational Joint Venture.
This option requires a foreign school to partner with a Chinese school to form a new Sino Foreign Educational Institute.
